I am surprised that some officials of KESC issued exorbitant electricity bills to the honest consumers and no one is ready to solve their problems urgently, honestly and sympathetically and trying to avoid to reply on one pretext to other. This attitude of the KESC officials is very dangerous and accelerates the high emotions of the consumers. I humbly request the high officials of the KESC to look into the issue on emergency basis and solve their problem with dignified manner and avoid compiling the consumers to pay illegal, unlawful bills.

Salam Sir , last 3days to continue was 3 phase OFF from PMT ,then my street Electricity totally Disconnect,My previous complaint No is (1#Your complaint number 600100**** (dated 31-05-2015))(2#Your complaint # 600100****)and (3# )But not response My complaint why you not solved they problems Becaquse i live in korangi why sir .Sir this only One electricity problem to have creat many problem olds peoples water and more .please concern my Object immediatly . Why KESC always circulate bill so L A T E
I have right to asked question from KESC Chief Executive and entire management why KESC always adopt a negative and totally a bad habit to circulate ELECTICITY monthly bill before 2 or 3 days before the due date, any special reasons behind or intentionally doing all these works to put extra pressure and tension to common consumers. Some facts for Dec 2011 KESC billing I want to share Meter Reading Date Dec 08, 2011 Bill Issue Date Dec 12, 2011 Bill Rcvd On Dec 22, 2011 Due Date Dec 26, 2011 In my case Bill received on Thursday i.e. Dec 22, 2011. 2 workings days left Friday ( Dec 24, 2011 ) and Monday ( Dec 26, 2011 ) due to un-certainty in entire Pakistan no one give assurance that no disturbance in city will occur most of time due to any political party give strike call in night which completely paralyze the entire city than how one can paid his electricity bill when no banks open. I must say KESC more interest how to penalized the consumers if they can't pay the bill within due date time, but big question from consumers what problem or pain for KESC management to circulate electricity bill in time, Very lazy and poor circulation Bill Issue Date is Dec 12, 2011 take 10 days to reach at my home on Dec 22, 2011. Who will take notice when such negligence and careless attitude become a habit of KESC in which only consumers suffers. Due to high rate of electricity tariff people hardly manage to pay the bill and never interested to pay after due date to pay Aprox 8 % extra which is a totally burden and modern way torture system introduce by KESC. I request to Governor of Sind and Chief Executive of KESC why not question which courier service or whom you people availing services for distribution of electricity bill please give me final date before they finished the all electricity bill distribution and make sure in a way that not a single complain from consumers side regarding NON-RECEIPT or delay of bill received if we heard than impose fine to the concern besides the consumers late payment surcharge will you have to bear instead of consumers. Why KESC management STILL silent over ill-legal consumers
I want to ask a simple question from KESC higher management why they people remain always silent when knew one consumers using ill-legal connection, which is lost of KESC revenue and in this reasons honest consumers always faced additional hours of load shedding for which they are not responsible. I must say further KESC silent may be 2 reasons 1. The ill-legal consumers have more power or influence due to backing of any political party that reasons KESC management do not dare to punished and fine such type of consumers 2. The KESC management silent means there black sheep staff are totally involved in the ill-legal connection crimes and getting some additional amounts that reasons no questioned or action yet taken place Any one who uses ill-legal connection which is not hidden from any common but surprise KESC management silence is very painful and hurting. Why our Power Minister and Sind Chief Minister silence in this issue and do not question or ask explanation why KESC promoting such evil things in our society ill-legal (khunda connection) due to frequent increase in traffic rates. I must asked from KESC management to open a new department under the name of (ill-legal KHUNDA connections) should be legalized STRUCTURE which will be helpful and solve problems of middle class consumers those always complain KESC abnormal high electricity cost can approach them KESC and apply for khuda connection which is benefit for the consumers and own KESC staff to earn extra without any efforts. Stop step mother treatment & pro-long load shedding of 9 Hours (22-11-2011)
I want to ask question for KESC – CEO and entire management what pleasure or self satisfaction you people getting to conducting un-schedule load shedding in our area of SOLDIER BAZAR No.2, Karachi now new tactic is for conducting load shedding due to transformer fault. Shameless people all are do not under how people can stay in total darkness from 9.30 AM and power restore at 6.45 PM. (total duration of load shedding 9.15 Hours) which is too much. KESC consider us dead or animal which do not required electricity or from Stone Age. This long hours load shedding happened twice in the month of Nov 2011 last time on Nov 16, 2011 (from 2 PM to 10 PM = 8 hours ) Even you people realized those who have no alternative arrangement how face difficulties for them to manage and stay in without electricity long hours especially for elderly or infants or women's how manage to stay without electricity. When KESC grown up and realized own responsibilities and trying to solve own people problems and not make habit for hiding or ignore complain. I asked a simple question from all concern authority of KESC including CEO how you people treatment or give punishment to ill-legal users how many hours load shedding KESC product Conduct. When KESC achieve target to conduct load shedding in 48 hours in a single day of (24 hours) which is not impossible but slightly difficult to achieve. Which speed KESC conducting load shedding one day cross the above limit of conducting load shedding of 48 hours which days are not too far away? Why KESC management always lately realized to remove the fault and what will be end of this sick unit, I pray to God send all dis-honest, careless and ir-responsible staff those who are working with KESC are consider the BLACK SHEEP deserve to go one place ***. I feel much regret and dis-appointment when my email is blocked not by KESC – CEO but entire higher management in this regard I learned one thing with is truth if any consumer send complain email to KESC – CEO or its management than if second email in future than his email address is perhaps blocked as in my case, I am very ordinary person but why KESC – CEO and their management afraid from me and no courage to reply or attend my complain. KESC you doing too much in name of load shedding and on return sending us heavy electricity bills which is totally injustice, why NEPRA or higher authority silent in this issue which means they are equally involve in this crime and expecting from God a punishment with silent stick?
