Never received items purchased after was charged for them. Was not able to speak with anyone at company since the phone was never answered following several attempts at calling.

I have a black Kat crossbody that I have used less than 5 times. The interior fabric in the middle compartment has separated from the zippers on both sides.

I have done nothing that would make this happen. I feel the fabric and/or sewing is defective.

I really like this bag and would like it replaced.

I have had several K Carroll bags over the years and have never had a problem before.

Recvd wrong bag

You sent the wrong bag I have sent info re bag ordered and pic of bag recvd...how arecyou going to correct this matter

Well 2 minutes later they were closed.

The Ups delivery # is attached to my order I contacted them. They stated they were waiting from co. No issues on their end.

So I ordered and no update and it states on site ships in 2-3 days. O it does not.
