I have not been contacted at all. I will never buy from them again.
After reading the reviews for them there are many dissatisfied buyers.
I don't know how they stay in business. Poorest customer service ever.
I ordered three pairs of leggings. When I received them, they did not fit.
I wanted to return them for a refund. I sent a couple of emails with no response. I reached out to Groupon.
They sent me an email stating that they had referred it to Jvini and still, there was no response. I finally had to give them away which, was a waste of my money.
