Lack of customer service

Have an issue with internet not connecting to tv. I called out of hours and left a voicemail.

Call has never been returned. In contrast, Samsung has (or did, l dont know if they still do) have after hours people that can assist.

I gave them a 2 in the hope that they may redeem themselves. Otherwise itll be a 1
