Refund or change color
I just got my order, but it is not the color I want. I just want them to exchange my order for the right color.

I ordered two messy buns one was with a clip the other not , not knowing if my fine hair could handles heavy clip they finally came today but both were clips and dont work for me .:I also thought it was special but full rice for both . Want to get throne without the heavy clip I will send the other back . Been on hold for over 2 hrs

Just seeking a color change…not upset with anyone, just doing a simple exchange.

If I could put zero I would color was absolutely terrible. I don’t think anybody has that color hair trying to get a hold of this company. You’re better off getting a hold of God.
Respond or answer their phone I don't even know if it's connected. I have two I want to send back.
They werent cheap. Thats all I want to do is a refund.
