Parking location didn’t work
I attempted to utilize the location ID, but it didn't work, so I was unable to make the payment. I attempted to contact customer service, but the representative was unable to assist me promptly.

On the 16th of August, I tried to park my car near the Stevenage railway station. I had used JustPark previously but was not able to book a place online.
However, I decided I would try and sort it out on the day. I gave my location and bank details using the number displayed in the car park. The automated call ended with a message stating that I would be sent a link to enter my car registration number. Unfortunately, the link did not work.
I contacted one of your agents who said I would need to set up my account again. Having already missed my train, I told him that I would park elsewhere. The agent's name was Shuaib Julius. Subsequently, I noticed a pending charge on my bank account.
I again spoke to Shuaib Julius who assured me the payment should not be taken but I have now discovered that it has.
He said if by any chance this happened, I should contact help@***k. I know it's not a large amount (£4.90), but I was upset about the hassle I was given on the day and the process I am now expected to go through to get the refund.

I spent hours trying to book and pay for a parking space only to be constantly told it was unsuccessful! I eventually phoned the pissed off number.
The staff member was very helpful but was as unsuccessful as me!
The website should make it clear that an account is necessary before trying to book a space. This would help prevent a very frustrated customer who still hasnt booked a space!!!

Hi on 16/05/24 I used just park and booked to wise the same space and I cancelled one of them straight away only kept one that I needed to park but I never got refunded back £11.89 so is more than 10 business days ago wen I ma getting my refund?

When we came into the car park at Burgh castle we didn't register our car because not knowing though we had to pay on way out
Preferred solution: We did pay on leaving but didn’t pay and display so we would like to know that we won’t get a fine

Absolutely useless app when it came to changing vehicle details. Had to cancel then unable to rebook at same car park as it said no spaces available.
Put in 3 customer support tickets and got absolutely no help. Managed to find an alternative car park using the app but overall not satisfied with service whatsoever.

Postcode and house number were in correct. We were given number 1 , knocked on the door , it was NOT their drive it was a small car park attached to a block of flats
Phoned just parked and they explained where it was , but not good for the poor people in the house and ammo for us
