Items not arrived
I was gave a time for delivery and didn't arrive. Cant get any response from them whatsoever for over a week. Terrible service and no telephone number that actually allows you to speak to someone.

Took money, never delivered, never replied
I feel pretty furious - I paid almost £50 for some hair products. subsequently - and later than promised - I was told my parcel had been delivered but there was no picture and it never arrived at my address.
I emailed customer services but got no response.
There is no phone number, livechat or any other form of contact. .
They have taken my money and ignored me

I purchased a perfume gift box worth £86. It arrived promptly but one item was damaged. I haven't received the refund yet.
I purchased the gift set which arrived damaged. I was asked whether I want a refund or exchange.
I asked for exchange and sent the item back. I got a letter saying I have been refunded on 9th July. It has been more than 3 weeks and the money hasn't arrived. I have sent three emails: via 'Contact Us' and 'Customer Services'.
No response, not even a - we are on the case. It was a disappointing experience from a reputed company. I would caution anyone using them.
It is frustrating they have no live chat or helpline. 'Do they really care?' Don't trust them.

Appalling Customer Service
Amazon delivered my parcel, left it on my doorstep on a Main Street, came home from work and no parcel! No number to JML just a *** chat service that isnt instant.
Told it would take up to a week to get an answer. I called Amazon myself who admitted responsibility and sent an email all within 4 minutes asking to issue refund. Sent 4 emails and 10 chats to JML chasing answers and NO REPLY, no items and NO R FUND.
Absolutely disgusting. SHOP ELSEWHERE
