Resolved: Located in China, only offers limited refund
- - Sleeves were extremely short for size large.
- - Return requested; after two weeks, company offered partial refund due to international shipping.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with partial refund. There partial refund is 20%!
I accepted bc I am exhausted try to get full refund! Please, please do not utilize this company.
Chinese based and Clothes are NOT USA sizes! Sleeves and length are too short.
Placed an order with JustGraceGirl. I ordered size large IAW their site.
When I received the order, the sleeves were extremely short. I contacted the company for a return authorization. They responded in a timely manner but due to having to ship back to China, they offered me 10% of the total order! After two weeks of expressing to them that this was due to their sizing, I am requesting a full refund.
Well, they offered me 10%, 15%, and 20%.
I am thoroughly exhausted dealing with Chinese companies advertising US company based and then this happens! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM CHINESE COMPANIES!
