They took 60 dollars from me when i only got a $2.99 7 day trail.

I purchaced a $2.99 trial and all of a sudden I am out the $2.99 plus and $39.99 charge and an $19.99 charge. WTF!

how did they get all that from $2.99... I will never be purchasing from them again.

Unauthorized Charge for Plagiarism Check Subscription

Dear Plagiarism Check Team,

I'm writing to express my concern about an unauthorized charge on my account. I recently signed up for a plagiarism check subscription, and the stated price was R36.

However, I've just noticed that R720 has been deducted from my account without my consent or knowledge.

I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter urgently and take the necessary steps to resolve the issue. I would like to request a refund of the excess amount charged (R684) and ensure that my subscription is updated accordingly.

Please let me know the next steps to resolve this issue.

Being change for a program that was a 7 day trial

Hello my name is Deborah Battle, I tried your app for less than a week and notice that you had begun charging me 39.99 a month. I would like to cancel this and have that money returned to my account.

If you have a problem with that I will take it up to my bank and have them do the honors.

You're program helped me out but it's not something that I want to keep and pay that much a month for. Just in case this message doesn't reach you I think that I will be taking it up with my bank.

Unthorize account debited

Hi. I'm France, I was debited £60 for an authorize subscription.

I had cancelled any form of subscription.

I have been debited twice on the 7th of May and on the 10th of May. Kindly look into this and refund my money pls.

I ended my subscription months ago and the company is still trying to draft money from my account. This fraud and they do not have my authorization to withdraw money from my account at all.

They have no way to contact them which is suspicious in itself. Clearly this shows this company cannot be trusted and looks like they could be participating in sketchy and illegal practices.
