Have not received my order

I have tried repeatedly to check on my order. I am being ignored. I have tried all avenues and have hit a stone wall on all. I'm not able to complete a phone contact and I have tried the mail system all with no response. I am beginning to suspect the business is a fraud or a scam. Why don't you people follow up on inquirys. I am just discussted with your entire operation. I want to know if you are going to honor my order ASAP as I am thinking I should report a fraud to my Visa representative. Jo Ann Paine 253 927 ****
