I spent $20 on JMS Fresh & Dry Light Period Underwear Assorted Brief 3-Pack... the first day i wore a pair, the waistband unravled. Second pair, by the end of the day it had strings and thread hanging off everywhere. I still have one left, but I'm afraid of wearing it out in fear that I'll get stuck without any! This is ridiculous. I pay that much for only 3 pairs, they should last longer! What's even sadder, is i can't return them to get my money back.. so now I'm out of a LOT of money, and still without the product i saved said money for!

The company messaged me back right away. They also handled the issue with no problems and even sent me a replacement package. I am very pleased how my issue was handled and in a timely manner.

User's recommendation: Customer service is there for a reason.
