Just In Time Furnace

Just intime is really good in ripping customers off. They quote a different rate and charge you extra ordinarily high rate.

They didnot provide a solution and the solution they provide is highly unuseful. The difference between this company and other business is extremely high price they charge for the worst service they do. I will never use this company again. Interestingly as I was telling this story to my friend, he had the same experience with Just in time and then i decided to post it.

Lessons Learnt: Never use this company if you want to feel good about yourself. You have to suck it up otherwise.

They wrecked my furnace, plus atco gas said it looked like it was never cleaned. Justin is down right rude. No stars for this company, please people, especially people with children because justin cant stand the sound of them, get your furnace cleaned elsewhere!

We've used these guys for annual vent cleaning a few times, and they were good. Called in this morning as we've been having issues for about a week - they promised to have someone there within 2 hours (!!)... and they did (also !!!).

I saw a handful of bad reviews on them, so wanted to post our experience.

Granted, the guy was a bit scruffy and not very personable, but he fixed the issue in under an hour, no parts needed, and cleaned up his mess after him.

We'll totally use them again.

We hired 'Just in Time Furnace and Air duct Cleaning Inc.' In Calgary, Alberta recently. The company seemed to be well presented over the phone,in ads, etc.

but when they came to the house to do the actual service call, the man was a smelly, unkept, rude man. His mannerisms were not at all professional and downright rude in his communication with us. We asked him a few very simple questions upon the completion of the work and he was gruff and barely able to give us some information on what services had been done. His only concern was to collect a visa # and signature so he could leave.

They left a total mess of our house also, with the furnace dust being blown (not suctioned) out of the furnace. We now have to hire ServePro to clean up the entire basement of all the dirt and dust he spread over everything! It was a total waste of money to hire this company.

I wouldn't recommend them to anybody who has any pride in their home. Go to a different furnace company!!
