Can’t access video vault

Never a live person only texted message and send $ for Just Answer to handle complaint. Just Answer wanted me to send more $ than item cost which was crazy I thought.

Unable to find skool and was not contacted on my scheduled accountability phone call

The information is invaluable, I have lost track of their contacts as they left facebook and went to Skool.

I was away on travel for 3 weeks just after Skool was started. Upon return, I can not find any entrance to Skool.

I am enrolled in the Lounge and my time is getting away. I have only made it to check point 2.

Preferred solution: I want to get access to the course material, which I can not do now and I would like 2 more months to finish it due to the delay of inaccessability.

You never made an effort to reach out via email to our support team. You are not supposed to be contacted for Accountability "calls".

It's a zoom meeting which you received multiple reminders for and you no-showed two coaches on two separate occasions. I actually emailed you a link to directly join the zoom on one of your no-show days and you read the email and STILL did not join the zoom. This program is self-study. You received more than one email inviting you to the improved and updated platform.

You were also given a walk through of all the high points of the new platform by me personally on one of the accountability sessions you did attend. Respectfully, any issue you have had navigating our course is because you did not avail yourself of the numerous ways to get help, and didn't even reach out to our support team via the emails you received.

At some point, we require our members to take personal responsibility for their learning. Katie JGOOT

I have not got your email copy of your book ordered April 1 and looking at my Paypal account I was charged $7 on Apr 1 and another $7 charged on Apr 2.

Not satisfied with your service and am requesting my Paypal card be credited the two $7 purchases you charged to my account.
