Poor Customer Service

The entire experience was terrible. I am in the process of placing blinds on windows in my new home.

I decided to give Just Blinds a try on a single blind before committing to a larger order. I placed the order on 12/29/24, and didn't receive the blind until 1/21/25. There was nothing custom about the order; it was a stock material. When the blind arrived, it was 1/2" too short.

It didn't even reach the mounting brackets. I immediately called Customer Service and spoke to Morgan Crawford. After reviewing the issue with me, she sent me her email address and asked that I snap pics of the roller with a tape measure to show the dimensions. I did so immediately.

I've never heard back to this day. I emailed her on 1/24 to ask about status. No response. I emailed again on 1/26 to say that I expected a response and resolution within 72 hours.

Again, nothing. So, I have a blind that doesn't fit my window. I have disputed the credit card charge and will be taking my business elsewhere.

I should have read the reviews here before placing the order! DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Open and close on blind does not work Have removed from brackets and it looks like the gear is stripped down, I can send you a picture of the part, if needed

We bought the same blinds from Just Blinds on two separate occasions two months apart. When the second batch arrived they did not match the first set.

Their website didn't indicate that anything had changed (and still doesn't). When we called customer support about ordering the same product but receiving different items in the mail and they were unsympathetic. Multiple customer reps told us we should have purchased the $100 warranty and then they would exchange them for us. Wait what?

I need to buy the warranty in case they ship us mismatching products?

So... now we're out close to $1000 and they don't care.

I just received Blinds from JustBlinds, The Color of the Blinds received is not the color that we ordered from the Website posting of colors being offered.

I called JustBlinds and the position they take is "if you do not ask for sample you own them, On top of this "JustBlinds" post on their website "30-day satisfaction guarantee" This is not so!

I asked to talk with a manager and the response is please leave a phone number and we will have that department call you, "Never Happen"

Went on line to JustBlinds website and sent a message "No Response"

So much for HGTV checking Companies out!!!!
