It could definitely be better. After all, I spent close to $500.00 on 5 cheesecake packages. Isn’t that enough to offer some sort of rebate or discount?

Unfortunately, the cheesecake that I ordered for delivery on December 24th was shipped to the wrong address. I have been told that there is nothing that I can do.

The total expense for the cake and delivery was very expensive. So there is no refund or discount to replace it?

Anyway, the other 4 orders arrived with no problems.

User's recommendation: Make sure that you have the correct mailing address. The phone number associated with the order is useless.

I don't work for this company, just a casual reader of what you have posted on this public website. If you entered the wrong address, the fault is yours and you are not due a free or discounted cheesecake.

Why should this company take a financial hit because you made a mistake?

BTW: I am sure whoever received the cheesecake enjoyed it. I know I would.

I ordered 2 cheesecakes for delivery today for my husbands birthday. They arrived warm which sucked, but whatever.

We also didnt really enjoy them, which again, whatever. Sucks for spending $125.

But there was a hair deeply embedded in the Brownie Explosion Cake which is disgusting and unacceptable. I will continue to look for ways to leave a review somewhere because this was the biggest waste of $125 i have ever spent, and made for a horribly dissapointing birthday.

Dear Juniors:

I am a former New Yorker and long time customer.

For this trip alone, in the 5 days we were in the Big Apple, we were customers 3 times, not to mention the many referrals we always send to Juniors. So you can imagine our surprise at your LaGuardia location.

We ordered a pastrami on rye with mustard. The person who took our order said shed put the mustard on the side. Fine.

Not only was there NO mustard included, but she put our pastrami on WHITE bread.

So we ended up with a pastrami on plain (shudder) white bread. What New York deli does that?

We were already on the plane when I discovered this atrocity or I would have exchanged it there and then.

I am enclosing a copy of my bill and would like a full refund of the $17.25 plus tax that I paid for my sandwich and anything else youd like to do to make me a happy Juniors customer again.

You ate the food anyway so you are NOT entitled to a full refund. It seems like you not want only a refund but more to make you a customer again.

Quite frankly you are trying to get free food from them and then some.

I do not think they want you as a customer. You are costing them money instead of having them make money.

I never ordered this. I tried to cancel the order, but it was delivered and charged anyway.

I had placed an order for these for Christmas. We were satisfied.

Now all of a sudden I get charges for auto delivery for Easter. I never authorized an auto delivery of these. I sent an email on 3/27 requesting cancellation. All I received back was indicating the orders had been shipped.

I did call the next day and the customer service representative did cancel the charges. Today we received the items. Since they have arrived, we will keep this order. However, delete the auto-delivery on this.

If we receive this a second time, we will pursue legal action.

This is unacceptable service and has to be an illegal scam. We will never order from you again and advise everyone we know about this experience.

Entree TO SPICEY TO EAT

Entree was too SPICEY to eat I took one bite and I couldnt breathe had to eat all the bread and take medication for relief
