Shutting down issues
Dear Support: I received this computer as a gift from my husband. Almost daily, I have had problems with the computer seeming to go into a sleep mode, (the screen goes black, but the computer is still on), and the only fix seems to be to cold boot it, (press the Power button until it turns off, then re-start). I am past the 30-day time window to send the computer back. This was to be the computer I used to go back to school with to get an advanced degree. I would like to hear what the fixes are for this.
