I think you need to update your system
Hi, I had an issue with ID verification with Tinder, which uses your system. My ID is valid and I think the problem may stem from the fact that in Bulgaria we recently redesigned our IDs and you may not have updated the system for that.
I can't see any other reason for my ID not going through. I tried to contact your support chat but was unable to.
