I ordered from neiman marcus a set of 3 Berry & thread blue Christmas trees to add to her massive collection of Berry & Thread. I ordered the 9" size, which is the smallest

for $165.

Upon opening it, I thought gee this really looks small After measuring it, it turned out to be only 7" tall. Well I wasn't very happy with that.

My second issue is after ordering the 9" tall, the next site showed me a 10" tall. $175.50 So I thought okay I will ordered this one and send the 7" back. Well, I don't know what happened but looking at the FedEx web site it got to Roseville, CA which is near my home down (Granite Bay) but then was sent to I'm assuming Neiman's return center in Dallas.

BUT NM showed that it was delivered to me. . Not true. NM received the 10" on Dec 11 and I have to wait until Dec 20 for a credit.

Then if it is still available I will have to reorder it. Maybe I will get it by next Christmas. Unfortunately, there are no more available except the 5 piece for 350.

It appears to me that Juliska is selling 7" at 9" prices.

If there is anything that Juliska can do to get me the 10" I would really appreciate it, but I'm sure my daughter would be thrilled to add to her collection. Thank you.
