Horrible customer service and promotions

I really like the products I have tried in the last 2+ years, but...Promotions are ambiguous and not always honored as stated and the rewards program is haphazardly managed. If you email customer service with a question regarding the promotions or program you always get LeAnn who is insulting, lazy, and rude.

What you won't get is an answer to your question or correction to your account or a means to get past LeAnn for results.

I have never experienced such horrible customer service from any other company. As much as I have liked the products I'm afraid I am finished with Juice Beauty!

My last order wasn't even usable! The applicator was broken and that's the only way to get the serum out of the bottle.

Disappointed that Juice Beauty was unable to resolve my issue. Without a customer service phone number, no personal contact was available to resolve my issue.provide a phone number to your customers.

I sent my complaint to pissedconsumer.com.

on April 25, 2023. Redeemed a $5.00 reward and a 15% promotion, never received either on my order. Now my total rewards show only 30 rewards, minus the 100 points redeemed which I never received.

I have been using the Juice Beauty Green apple Age Defy Moisturizer Cream for approximately 2 years. After applying the cream to my dark spots on my cheeks and neck for 2 years began to notice my eyes began to itch and water.

I stop using it for two week. After the 2 week passed, I decided to apply a small amount on my cheeks again. The itching came right back. I looked for an expiration date on the product..

I could not find one. I called the store I purchased it from and was told they could not find an expiration either. I call Juice Beauty. I was told that the only sunscreen has an expiration date on their bottles.

I was told to take the product back to the store for a credit. The sales manager would not give me a credit. He stated that it had been more than three months since I purchased it and it was not showing up in their system. I informed him that I purchased it with my credit card and he should be able to pull it up by my card.

He refused.

He was very rude. I will not be shopping at this store for anything again.

Do not fall for spend 100 and get a free 40 dollar gift set

so, I made sure I ordered 100 dollars because I wanted the free gift set. There was no expiration date on the site, as a matter of fact the hydrating pack still states for a limited time only free with 100 order So Juice Beauty e mailed me back and stated it expired on 2/2/20 I ordered on 2/6/20 and will never order again and am sending everything I ordered back.

They refuse to answer a question about asbestos in their products. I guess it does have some. Its the cream blush that says it has magnesium silicate which is a form of talc...and you know talk can be contaminated with asbestos.

Won't honor the promo vouchers properly that they sell through Plum District etc.

Juice Beauty failed me - a loyal customer of 5 years- when I called JB CS for help with using my 6/2014 plum district that has never worked properly. I was told on the phone the vouchers purchased won't work to buy any of their kits which is half of their website even though the kits are priced online at the same retail price online as in any store.

They say they are included in sale and promo exclusion which is not specifically implied on the voucher I purchased at all.

I have previously bought several kits using a voucher. Very disappointing.

Never followed up after interview after saying they would

What an absolutley horrible company, while Juice beauty's products may be okay there hiring manager isn't. I interviewed and followed up with phone calls for weeks after my interview.

The hiring manager kept saying I was a top candidate and she'd be in touch in the next week, then the next week and the next.

Needless to say I stopped calling to inquire about the position after a month of her telling me she'd call and of course she never followed up with me a simple "no thanks" would've made a better impression lady.

This is a great example of how bad service can turn someone off an entire product line.
