This judge holds ex-parte meetings, ignores exculpatory evidence, and shows a clear bias in his cases. What's more, his rulings are so poorly written its clear that he's not even reading court documents or taking the time to rule properly like a professional would. Shame on him, and in the lazy chief justice for ignoring this truth.

WORST JUDGE We have EVER encountered!! Judge Frank Castor breached our trust and his Judicial Duty, in our opinion, by basing his Trial Decision on a NON-EXISTENT LAW.
Not only was he entirely untrustworthy in his Judicial competence, he was also extremely rude, indifferent and heartless- How can someone like this even be elected, let alone given authority to decide legal matters? A Judge who does not know the law is like a Doctor who doesn’t know the body!! He should be fully liable for his incompetent actions and ’malpractice’ (His actions cost us thousands of dollars in damages).
Several other local Palm Beach professionals we have spoken to have had similar complaints about Judge Castor: Please comment below if you have had a similar experience with this Judge. It is our firm belief that Judge Frank Stevens Castor should be held accountable and are confident this will be reflected in future elections for County Judge!!

DirectScallop932 clearly does not have a clue about the Legal System or what makes a good Judge. A good Judge rules based on the law, not based on how he feels that day, or based on whether you think he is "wonderful" or not.
Judge Castor has repeatedly failed to uphold his Judicial Duty and failed the citizens who elected him. He's gotta go.
I would have to disagree on any type of rule of law he follows . In fact he does not rule based on law.
He based on who he likes better or if he knows their attorney . The defendants destroyed a piece of property that was expensive in my house and they admitted, there was no basis for their other claims . The written evidence I provided contradicted everything they said but he didn’t bother reading it. He didn’t read any of the documents before court even though I had to provide it a month ahead of time .
He dismissed all my evidence as hearsay including my building log that proved they were not there the day the said they came over . Castor was laughing at me with the defendant’s attorney . How is this appropriate?
The defendant has a history in destroying people’s property and not paying on for it as well as liens placed by the state of Florida. Their attorney had their license suspended in Texas for unethical behavior so now he is practicing in Florida
Terrible Judge! This review must have been written by a friend of his- Frank Castor knows less about the law than a first year law student. No way he should be adjudicating cases.
