Jubal Nation Refuses to Reimburse

They do not stand by their products nor do they stand by their customers. Buyer beware, these people are out only for your money and themselves.

Jubal Nation does not refund unused and unopened products that are sold and promoted as health products even when such products are found to be detrimental to human health.

This product was ordered through Amazon.com

Copies of the e-mails between Jubal Nation and myself through Amazon.com:

I bought 2 bottles of Adya Clarity 32oz ionic mineral solution from Jubal Nation. I requested a refund when I became sick from consuming this product. I offered to return one unopened and one partially used bottle.

Adya Clarity is now known to be toxic for human consumption, this is verifiable on line. I would like to return the the remainder, 1 full bottle unopened and 1 mostly used bottle. I would like a full refund for this order. Thank you for your prompt attention to helping me. Bonnie

Their response:

Hello Bonnie,

We are very sorry that you have got caught up in the negative slander of Adya Clarity. The manufacturer and the Canada Board of health

stands behind the product. Adya Clarity is not toxic and this is verifiable online. This was a slander campaign against the company back in November.

It has since been proven false. Adya Clarity is a safe product. Amazon offers refunds on unopened products within a thirty day period, so since you order

this product last year, no refund will be given. Again, we hope you can see past the lies or invest $50 in a hair test to see if you have any toxic metals

in your body. We wish you well.

Jubal Nation

When they refused and sent me the above message, I did further research and submitted the letter below.

I have written patents and have inventions in the medical area. I tested Adya Clarity for pH level. The pH is 2 which is very acidic.

"The mean (average) values of pH of the samples ranged from 6.3 to 7.7. The pH levels were within WHO optimum limits of between 6.5 and 8.5. pH values lower than 6.5 are considered too acidic for human consumption and can cause health problems such as acidosis."

From the patent filed with USPTO:

"This invention relates to a sterilizing water-purifying reagent for drink for removing muddiness or sterilizing water to be treated to produce drinking water in the field or under a drinking water shortage situation. ... sterilizing water-purifying reagents for drink to produce drinking water are strongly recommended such in urgent emergencies so as to rescue human lives."

They responded with the same e-mail message again. So I sent the following:

I have offered to return your products, one unopened and another mostly used bottle. I expect you to refund my monies.

“Adya Clarity contains over 1,000PPM of aluminum sulfate, dissolved in sulfuric acid...

Adya Clarity contains high levels of aluminum and iron in their sulfated forms!

Adya Clarity was bottled at around $5 a bottle and sold for $149! Some distributors are still refusing to give refunds to customers who want them, clearly indicating where they stand on the integrity question.

….Adya Clarity was deliberately mislabeled to avoid any mention of the concentration of aluminum. This has been explained away by Adya, Inc. as something they deliberately chose not to do because they didn't want to.”

You provide no validation, no annotations, and base your refusal to refund my return on being outside the 30 day guideline. The FDA has very strict guidelines regarding medical claims. Your literature that you included with the product violates their guidelines.

Bonnie

Their response:

I am sorry we offer no refunds on any merchandise over 30 days old.

At the time that all of this correspondence was going on, they were still selling this product. However, I went to their website today and noticed that Adya Clarity does not appear to be a product that they are continuing to sell.

I don't know whether or not I still have toxic poisoning from this product.

They do not stand by their products nor do they stand by their customers. Buyer beware, these people are out only for your money and themselves.

Jubal Nation does not refund unused and unopened products that are sold and promoted as health products even when such products are found to be detrimental to human health.
