JTE Pump Warehouse

I ordered from that site and never had any problems. I recived my order in 3 days and the pump works fine, no problems. The price was right and so was the pump.

I bought a pool pump from Pump Warehouse last Spring. There was a special price on the replacement pump I needed. He (Joe) talked me into a 'better' pump for my needs at a higher price. He shipped the discounted pump and charged the higher price.

10 months later the pump (previous one lasted 10 years) is screeching from the bearings. I want to make a warranty claim (1 year warranty). I can't get a return call.

IF he answers the phone he'll say 'Let me look up your order and I'll call you right back.' That's the last you'll hear from him.

Spend the extra few dollars and buy from a reputable dealer. You'll save the aggravation of dealing with a dishonest business and you'll save the effort of having to do the work twice to replace your broken pump.

Ordered a Septic Aerator pump on the phone, he told me it would cost $379.00 with free shipping.

He did send me the pump, it was broken, but still worked, so I installed it.

But he went and charged my credit card more than what he was authorized. He overcharged me for the product, and did not even send a receipt with the pump!

He also said that the pump had a 5 year warranty, and that the warranty papaers would be in the box,,,,, guess what,,,, NOTHING!

All of the complaints you see on the internet about this man and this company are true!

Ordered a hot tub pump. Kind of hard to get a hold of them at first but the price kept me trying.

He took the order, was pretty helpful too. He said he would send it out later that day. That was 8 days ago. They are in PN and I am in OH so after a week I get curious.

Try calling. Same thing, answering machine, leave a message. So I call back a few times and they answer. I tell him I am curious when I would recieve the pump.

He asks my zip code and says he will email back later in the day when he finds out where my pump is. No email and my CC bill came the same day. The name JTE was not what I saw online while ordering. The charge was there but for $10 more than he told me it would be.

So now I am nervous. I look up JTE Pump Warehouse and here I am. Lots of pissed off people complaining about them. I called him last night and left a message that if I did not hear back from him by noon tomorrow I would dispute the charge.

I called him 5 times this morning. Got a hold of him once and was nice about all this. I simply told him my name and asked when my pump would get here. He hung up on me.

So I call back a few times leaving messages and get a hold of him once more. He asked who I talked to and said he would look up my UPS tracking number. Cool! He comes back and gives me the number and immediately hangs up on me.

So I check the tracking and it says it is a non known number. I then called my CC card company and disputed the charge.

What a terrible business. I don't know if it is a scammer or just a terrible business owner, but STAY AWAY FROM JTE PUMP WAREHOUSE!!!!

Send wrong pump and would not take it back. RipOFF!

I called him several times and emailed constantly. He said he would send a return authorization but did not. I must have emailed him 20 times and called 5 times. This went on for several months.

The problem is that I used a debit card instead of a credit card. I am out $189.00. I still have the pump but it does not fit what I need it for. Also- to to RIPOFF report or ripoff.com there are similar stories out there going back to 2003.

BEWARE! He says he has warehouses in Florida and Memphis but they are actually the manufacturer's and distributor's place of business.

Also look up the BBB on him for Western Penn. He is rated F

Ordered a motor from JTE Pumpwarehouse and was delivered the wrong motor. Asked the owner Joe for a refund which he said he would email instuctions on how to send back the motor to get a refund.

He never did email me although I repeatedly emailed him and phoned. Most times he would ignore my emails other times he said he would send information. BBB of Pa. has sent him a letter but he has ignored them as well.

At this time I am attempting to get a refund from Mastercard although I used a debit card.

Do NOT do business with this thief. If you do, you will regret it!

He'll sell you used, defective products and will not support you. You 'll be on your own and have nothing but a piece of junk.

He will sell you junkm won't except returns, will not return any phone calls, emails or mail.

He lies, cheats and rips you off and he doesn't care!

Repeat. Do NOT do business with this crook.

He has no ethics!!
