Follow-up

I wrote to JT Foxx team 3 times before finding out about "Pissed consumer" and never got a reply. My concern was cancelling a membership. Once I contacted them through your platform, I received a reply the next day already and confirmed the cancellation. I am very happy so far about the outcome.

User's recommendation: Make sure you have a backup contact at JT Foxx for customer service. Otherwise it's like talking to the walls, without using the Pissed Consumer platform.
