Good afternoon Rony Daniel, You initially contacted JT Blenker Photography for services on 9.11.15 and were sent a contract and deposit request to book your date (Without both you are not booked for your date which was stated in your initial inquiry and repeated in a follow-up email on 9.15.15.) I called on 9.15.15 and responded with an email that stated that your deposit was received but the contract had not been returned. I stated in the same email that to book your date you needed to return the contract immediately. On 9.24.15, you did not send the balance due for your date (10.24.15) that is due 30 days prior, and the contract had still not been received. On 9.25.15 you were declined services due to non-payment and having no contractual obligation after repeated requests for the signed contract to book your date. You were immediately returned your deposit on 9.25.15.

Would not Recommend JT Blenker Photography
I put a deposit down for photography for our wedding. JT Blenker 1 month prior to our wedding dropped us because I forgot to send him a "form". He said the reason was because I did not send him the form on time or sent him the final payment. When you are planning a wedding you are literally dealing with 10+ vendors at the same time. Instead of just giving me a call and letting me know. He just sends me an email saying he declined to shoot our wedding. When I got the e-mail I called him back immediately to tell him I"ll get everything over today itself, he responds and says he's already signed someone else and they paid upfront already. Instead of respecting a gentlemans agreement that he would shoot our wedding he chose to look for a loophole because I didn't get a form to him on time. His response was cold and response to my objection was " this is business". I would be hesitant to work with people that treat people in such a way.
