Having to redo the wiring portion of the repair they did. Wires coming loose from being poorly spliced.
None were soldered. So far, am repairing on my own the air conditioning wiring, the main wire coming into the breaker box, and the new stove that they wired up. At least a 45yr old housewife knows how to solder. Received my repair with broken glass in the window tracks and a handful of screws left in the sofa cushions.
I have also redone the cabinet drawer railings as they were installed crooked and would not stay shut. My repair seemed to be done with whatever screws were laying around. A variety of screw heads used, some half screwed in, crooked, whatever to patch the job. Was also left with a plumbing leak from their repair.
Wish people would take some pride in their work.
I tried to call and work with them and once they realized I was finding their substandard work, they made promises to make it right that they didn't follow thru on. Then they just quit returning my calls which was convenient for them since I am in another state

I came across this post in a recent search, over a year and a half later. This is the only unsatisfactory review of my company.
I did try to contact this person by private message with no response. I take great pride and integrity in my company, as well as the people that work here, and will do anything within reason to satisfy a customer.
