Jr Flooring Sales Manager Review from Thornton, Colorado
Two people showed up three hours after the appointed time. They asked for a down payment check and when we explained how we needed to pay them through our main contractors the supervisor, Jason hung up on my wife and my main contractor. The floor is completely torn up no clean up was even offered. I have a six month old and dogs that I now have to watch out for splinters for them. These people only care about their paycheck a nothing more.

JR Flooring installed floor incorrectly
JR Flooring of Ft. Collins, Colorado incorrectly installed an expensive Cali Bamboo floor in my home. The floor has completely failed and this has been fully documented by a certified licensed independent inspector. The installers have so far refused to fix the floor and are instead blaming others for the errors. The floor began coming apart just 2 months after installation. The installers had no idea what had happened and instead blamed the glue. I was forced to hire an inspector for $625 to write an official report, but JR Flooring doesn't believe the report. Meanwhile I have spent over $5,000 on a floor that is ruined and must be completely redone. It's a shame too because Cali Bamboo makes a beautiful environmentally friendly product. It's the top of the line strand-woven engineered bamboo(so it's really hard). JR Flooring ruined my beautiful floor because they did not install it correctly.

JR Flooring
On Wednesday July 28, 2010 a judgment was entered in Larimer County Court, Ft. Collins, CO against JR Flooring and Design in Case # 2010 S 000298.
This company is a contract company for ServiceMagic.
I have contacted Service Magic repeatedly about one of their contract companies called JR Flooring and Design in Ft. Collins, Colorado.
This company incorrectly installed a floor in my home (this has been documented by two independent inspection reports). Service Magic will not read the inspection reports and refuses to answer my latest emails about the pending court case against JR Flooring (a trial date is set). Let's see if Service Magic continues to use them after a judgement is entered.
I did not hire the installation company through Service Magic's website, but that shouldn't matter. Service Magic should not be referring customers to this company, knowing what they have done.
