- - The agent I spoke with was wonderful; catalogs sometimes start, sometimes not.
Now if I get my catalog and they continue monthly..u can change my ratings to a 5 plus. The person I talked to was wonderful so don't blame her.

The Cigars I ordered were in poor condition and tried to return them but being late by two days was refused. issues

The companys customer service department has refused to exchange my order because I was two days late ( 30 days return policy). The inability to be flexible shows me that JR cigar really doesnt have good customer service or care about their reputation. Cant recommend them in the future.

Never receive your discounts, always told they don't apply to me. I felt on my last order the PREBLK did apply to me.

Received 20 wrong cigars instead of 40 of the right rocky Patels. They were the San Andreas 2006 vintage which I received.
There were 20 cigars. I ordered 40 of the vintage Rocky Patel 1999 Robusto now I have to prove that I sent them back by UPS before theyll send my cigars out!
