Real estate scam
This guy markets himself as a "Real Estate Tycoon" What he is, is a fast-food, take advantage of the destitute, man. He has made a living of "owner financed homes" He owns none of them. He sold me a home, and that this home, is owned by two people who no longer live here, and a mortgage with Bank of America in the name of the same people. He wrote a mortgage on this property, for the sole purpose of preying on my finances. And to evict in the eventuality of my inability to pay it.

He assumes mortgages, pays them, finds people in bad situations, takes their money, writes mortgages, and when people run out of money he does it all over again.
I was *** enough not to get Title Insurance or even a title search. My house, (when I actually viewed the title search, looks like it is under water. In addition, he is late on the mortgages on this house, and we are in danger of Bank of America foreclosing. Moreover, he is destroying the credit record of the people who are first position mortgage.
DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE TRUST THIS MAN. HIS WEBSITE SOUNDS WONDERFUL, HE IS A NICE GUY TO TALK TO, UNTIL TIMES GET TIGHT. HE ALSO COMMITTED INSURANCE FRAUD, BUT THAT IS ANOTHER MATTER
