Will not send me my money.

Closed account and want my money

I talked with 3 different agents and found out nothing. The same answer I have been getting for 3 weeks.

I am always told the back office is aware of the situation. There is really no situation. I closed my account and I should be sent a check. This is no situation, just a normal business transaction.

There is no reason they cant issue a check and send me the tracking number. I can never talk to the people in the back office. The last person I talked with said he will send my complaint to the Executive Office.

Still butting heads with them. It now is my daily chore.
