if they send you the wrong item you are screwed, do not buy from them. they send me the wrong socks and when i tried to get the right one they called me a liar. I will not do bussiness with them again. I though since they have been around for while they are safe, but no. I ordered hot pink got light pink socks my groomsmen had to find thier own socks and joy of socks ruined my wedding, I dont think they will around much longer if they keep treating people like this.

I hate when companies don't appreciate their consumers, so frustrating!

I had a pretty good experience with a company called Yo Sox. I wasn't happy with the fit of the socks they sent me, so I gave them a call.

She sent me another pair of my choosing!

$36 stole my money

ordered socks socks but still have not gotten them, 3 months and no socks and no refund,I have send 3 emails they said the socks were sent but nothing yet. I finally had to call my credit card company to get my money back, stay away, I just wanted my socks to give as a gift and I had to go to another site and purchase and pay for express shipping to ge it in time, is a rip off, and anyone who purchase from them be aware and do it at your own risk i have learned my lesson

The Client may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Don't send it back yet. Email Website within 7 days of the delivery date and The Company will do Company's best to correct the issue. Joyofsocks can not accept returns of opened/worn/"just tried on" products. Returned items which have been opened will be disposed of and no credit will be issued. All clearance items are final sales.
