It hasn’t been resolved and I can’t reach a number to call !!

I ordered from Joyces seafood and I wanted to use my 50FAVOR credit and it wasnt applied to the order. Now Im out 70.79. Even though it was in the app as being a place I could order from. I called Joyces and they told me to to contact you. I cant afford the 70.79 and Im requesting a refund, please. User's recommendation: I would not use them.
