Bad Undercooked Food
- Food from Uber Eats was old and undercooked.
- Restaurant refused to cook fresh food; no reorder; kitchen cleanliness concerns.
We went on Uber Eats and when we received the food I noticed right away that the food was old, and the dumplings were undercooked and no good. I then placed the food back in the same bag and went to the China's restaurant myself and showed them that the food was no good and no fully cooked.
I asked that they please cook me fresh food and that I would wait for it, and was told the Uber Eats would have to reorder it for me. Uber Eats would not do any such thing. I ask Joy Luck again to please cook me fresh food, and they again said no.
What grossed me out was the fact that no one was wearing any hair nets or gloves in the kitchen, and blankets and plastic were hanging in the front room. My first thought is what is this place really a front for.
User's recommendation: Do not go to eat here and if you do check your food before you leave. Do not do Uber Eats from here.
