Not a trustworthy bank… just awful
This bank has put my account on hold, meaning froze my account for a check I deposited, they did not make me aware that this could happen and now Im stock with a frozen account and my Check there too, the check is my the united state treasury, there is no way they could really think someone can go personally to make a check deposite like that.. I have called many times and every time I get a different answer and that it could take up to 15 days to finish the investigation

Fraudulent attempt to get membership using my name and address
I received a letter dated 1/16/2024 from you today stating that my membership application was denied because of failed online verification. It failed because I DID NOT APPLY FOR MEMBERSHIP.
THIS WAS FRAUDULENT AND POSSIBLE IDENTITY THEFT.
I have attached a scanned copy of the letter. I tried calling their customer service number to report this fraud, totally useless
Preferred solution: Acknowledgement of the fraudulent attempt to open a membership using my name and address and more details on the attempted fraud: what information was provided, did they use my SS#?
