I ordered my granddaughter some UGGs for Christmas. I ordered the wrong size.
I did use a $10 coupon online so when they came in my daughter took them to journeys at our post Oak mall here in town and they made her pay that $10 cause they said it was a coupon. It was not an even exchange talk to the manager. I said no its just an even exchange. The $10 should not matter but she still made us pay that $10.
I think thats wrong and I will never shop at journeys again because of this. I do have all the information if you ever wanna look into it that would be kind.

I ordered the UGG Lowmel sneakers for my Daughter's birthday, LAST WEEK. Which is for her party that is happening this Friday, 2 days from now.
When I went to check what day the shoes would be here, I was met with, oh hey by the way, the shoes are on back order, u'll get them maybe end of January, or beginning of February. When I purchased these shoes, on ur website, It said they were instock, and would be here within a few days, which would hv been on time for my daughter's birthday party. HOWEVER, it DIDN'T MENTION ANY INFORMATION ABOUT BACKORDER, if it WOULD'VE SAID that, I wouldn't have ever ORDERED THEM FROM YOU. So, I immediately called Y'ALL when I saw the back order email information, and canceled my order.
NOW, fast forward to today, I've still not received my REFUND BACK, OF $160 dollars, and you MAY HAVE AN EXTRA $160 dollars sitting around to go buy them elsewhere, and nus wait for y'all to eventually take all day to refund me, but unfortunately we don't have that luxury right now. AND... I know it's not my bank, because for 1 thing I CALLED THEM today, and it's not on their end! ...
AND 2ND, anytime I've ever had to do a return in the 15 yrs I've had my account, at regions, it's always shown up the day of the return, or the day after, it's never taken this long. I'VE BEEN WITH MY BANK (REGIONS) for 15 yrs, and we've always had returns processed quickly, even our direct deposit comes thru a day before most banks deposit, and never had issues, until this order with y'all. All 6 people in my family bank with Regions, and it's never been this long for any of us! My daughter isn't going to have her gift on her birthday, because of ur company.
I understand that's not a big deal to you, but it is too me, and my family, especially DUE TO MY MEDICAL ISSUES, 1 being my 2nd cancer, and I MAY OR MAY NOT BE HERE FOR HER NEXT BIRTHDAY, SO THIS BIRTHDAY IS SUPPOSED TO BE A really SPECIAL DAY for her, AND UR COMPANY IS RUINING THIS FOR MY FAMILY! I understand that's not ur problem, but this refund is, and u have no idea what my family is going thru right now, and to have to deal with stupid trival situations like this, in comparison to what we'regoing thru w/ cancer, is just so ridiculous, and it won't be my cancer that is ruining the one day that could be the last I get to spend and celebrate her, no its because Journey's took my money, said u had every color instock, only to LIE afterwards, and now I'm having to fight, and waist my time, and yours just to get my money back! This quite LITERALLY COULD BE THE LAST OPPORTUNITY I HAVE TO MAKE THE DAY MY BABY WAS BORN, SPECIAL FOR HER, AND COULD BE THE LAST TIME SHE HAS ME THERE, THIS DAY IS SUPPOSED TO BE HAPPY, BUT this frivolous situation from a lare corporation, is quite literally sending me into rage right now! I AM DEALING WITH cancer and dying, AMONGST a laundry list of other health issues, and this cancer doesn't hv a cure, so this birthday is supposed to be a great day for her and my family.
Plus, I don't have extra money to throw around bcuz what little we do have is tied up in my medical. I had to scrounge up the money just to buy her those shoes, for her birthday gift. And, yes I could've easily ordered them from Dillard's or the Ugg website themselves, or gone to the store to get them, but I chose y'all because we always buy our converse and specialty shoes with you. Not too mention I need to stay out of public settings bc of my health issues, so I shop a lot online!
This entire situation is really just not ok! I should've just gone to the store and bought them, but I've currently been fighting FLU & PNEUMONIA since December 18th, and I don't hv an immune system due to the cancer! If I would've been warned they were on back order, when placing the order, I would've gone elsewhere, and avoided this whole situation, and certainly prevented your company from ruining my babies birthday gift. Like I said, I'm sure you don't care, because u deal with lots of people everyday, and we're just one customer, but ur quite literally making what should be a perfect day for my child and family & making it *** I just don't have an extra $160 dollars hanging around to go buy them somewhere else, I hv to wait for ur company to refund my money.
This really is very completely stupid, especially since your such a well known company across our country. You really have created a bad situation for our child, and family!
I need this refund done as soon as possible, and need to know what the problem is, how your gonna fix this, or figure out what to do, to try to salvage the situation, TODAY! I LOOK FORWARD TO HEARING FROM YOU THURSDAY!

Because their website isn't smart enough to warn about items on backorder till after they take your money, and then getting your money refunded is like pulling teeth! HORRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES, especially when there was a special reason to order from them, that has to do with being the last time I get to celebrate due to cancer! They evidently don't care about their customers, who are literally the only reason they exist! DO BETTER JOURNEYS! RIDICULOUS!

No the issue was not resolved I will never buy anything from Journeys again. I spent $139 on pair of UGGS they were worn from Dec 26 to about Feb 23 and the shoe ripped in the seam obvious defect. Journeys refused to replace under warranty.
Purchased $145 pair of UGGS at Christmas worn from Dec 26 to Feb 20
Less than 2 months entire seam at heal separated clearly defective. I went to Journeys store and contacted Journeys customer service both refused to refund I said fine please replace.
Customer service said because they were not new and in box they could not honor manufacture warranty which it says on there website they do honor defective products of course they would not be new in a box.
Store could not do anything they said ,until I questioned them about manufacture warranty finally they said well if they had exact same pair in their store they would exchange but guess what they did not. Amazing to me a store JOURNEYS PROVIDES SUCH TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE people DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE

- - An employee allegedly said on Apr 30, 2024 he would slap her; Willow Brook staff handled it poorly and called security and HPD; video exists.
One of your Employees told this lady on April 30 2024 that he was going to slap the *** out of her and the way the staff at the willow brook location Houston Texas 77070 handle it was very unprofessional the called mall, security, and HPD police officers that works at the mall and I dont see anything at the lady get wrong I also have video of the way that treated the lady like she was wrong

They are racist and think they can get away with it.
- - Racism is alleged at the Grand Crystal Mall Journeys.
- - Managers mistreat employees and talk about customers.
- - HR allegedly wants apologies from workers.
The journey at grand Crystal Mall in south carolina allows racism at this store. The mangers can treat the employees like trash and they then want folks to work for them.
Not only that the mangers talk about the customer after they leave the store. The hr department of journeys don't care they want employees to apologize to the mangers. Then mangers go's to another person job to try and get them fired cause they were in the wrong. If you can't handle people telling you that you are be wrong and unfair then you should fine another job.
Journey had no integrity at all. I would say if you are a person of color or any other race don't shop at Grand Crystal Mall Journey's.
I would take my business elsewhere. Journey's you need to do better.

- - Near retirement; a mailed termination notice with no reason given.
They called me on A-day that I took off, around 3 o'clock PM and told me that I was being terminated and would not tell me exactly what it was but That they would send me a termination notice in the mail why would they not talk to me in person And I am right here at retirement

Purchased a pair of boots three years ago returned them they put the money on A prepaid card that I was instructed to go by to put the money back on intern Greendot liked the card because it look like a fraudulent credit that was put on the card so they sent the money back with Journeys corporate still has not give me my money and they still have my merchandise
