NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!

I placed an order on 12/06/17 for 2 pair of Adidas tennis shoes in youth size 3. I received an email on 12/11/17 that my order had shipped and I would receive a tracking number when FedEx received the merchandise. I checked my email repeated for 1 week and my order did not move. I called FedEx customer service and was told that the shipping label printed but they never received the merchandise. I then called Journeys Customer Service number on 12/18/17 and put my phone on speaker and waited for someone to answer. Two hours later I was put through and was told that yes apparently my order got overlooked and it would be sent right out and he would expedite shipping and I would receive a confirmation number in the next few hours confirming shipment. I never received the email, and my bank account had been debited on 12/11/17 when the order supposedly shipped. On 12/19/17 I again called customer service and waited for 2+ hours and spoke with another agent who said that I had misunderstood and that it would take 24-48 hours to receive the email but assured me that my order had been sent to FedEx. On 12/20/17, I received a voicemail that stated it would be 7-10 business days before my order shipped and that this was standard procedure. WHAT??? I called this individual back and went round and round with her trying to figure out where my order was. She even went as far as to inform me that people called all the time saying that they never got their order when in fact they had. I was LIVID by this time and the insinuation she was making, still not knowing WHERE WAS MY ORDER!!!! She offered to "redo" my order and have them sent over night to my home and when the original order came, I would need to sent them back at my cost!! Seriously?? When this individual attempted to reorder the shoes, she informed me that they were now out of stock and I would need to select a different style. I DON'T want a different style, I wanted this particular style and they were NOT out of stock when the order was placed. These shoes were for my 7 year old twin grandsons who were flying here to Iowa for Christmas. She told me she could not help me and all I could do was hope that my order arrived. I called a local Journeys Store to see if by chance they had these particular shoes and even though it was 2 hours from my house, I would drive there and get them. Unfortunately, they did not have them. I had explained to this employee what had happened and she offered to make a few calls for me and she would see what she could do to assist me. I received a phone call from a corporate level employee by the name of "Andrea" who finally told me that my order had never been shipped in the first place and now this style was out of order. I AM LIVID!!!! She informed me that all THREE employees I had talked to told me the wrong information and that they would be dealt with. She found two size 3 Youth shoes of a different style and color and she would over night air them to me and that I would receive the shoes on 12/22/17 or 12/23/17 at the latest and I would receive and email with a new tracking number. Well guess what? NO EMAIL!! I attempted to call "Andrea" numerous times on Friday 12/22/17 and left numerous voicemails and never got a return call. No shoes were delivered to me on 12/22/17 or 12/23/17. I finally received an email late on 12/23/17 that my order was shipped and was coming by GROUND FedEx, not over night air as "Andrea" had promised, so she too is a liar. My order is to be delivered by the end of the day 12/27/17. Really?? I'm not sure what date Journeys celebrate Christmas but we celebrate on 12/25/17. I have NEVER seen anything like this. My order was placed DECEMBER 6, 2017 plenty of time for Christmas, and I have yet to receive my order. My account has been debited. The $25.00 she told me she would return to me has never happened and I have two very disappointed 7 year old grandsons.

Journeys Customer Service Call Center are LIARS

On 01/01/2017 i made an exchange purchase at Journey's Kids in North Point mall (order number 7127****) in the amount of 37.99 plus 2.99 for tax. On 01/14/2017 i called the call center and they informed me the sales rep entered in the wrong mailing address without my knowledge and the item i purchased was return to sender. They enter in the correct address and the supervisor told me they will resend it to the correct address. On 01/26/2017 I called again due to not getting my order. I was then informed a check has been sent to store I made the purchase at. I did not get an email nor phone call when this happened letting me know a check has been sent to the store due to the shoes not being in stock. I feel I was given false and misleading information due to my order never getting sent back out. On that day i spoke with a new supervisor, I told her i did not want a check i wanted my shoes i order and i want them over nighted. She informed me i can make a new purchase and get that order to me on 30th and she can call the store and have them mail me my check due to North Point mall being 45 mins from where i live. so i made the purchase with my visa debit card ( order number 10022****) in the amount of 49.99 plus 3.00 for tax and the shoes were delivered on the 30th like i was told. they also called me back on 01/26/2017 letting me now they spoke with the store and they will be sending the check to me. it is not 02/16/2017 and i have not got my check, so as of right now i have paid for two pairs of shoes but only have one which is unacceptable it has been almost 2 months and i do not have my money back. i call again on 02/16/2017 and they inform me my address just got updated on 02/15/2017 and the check is still being worked on. At this point i feel i have been given false and misleading information again due to them telling me the check will be getting sent from the store to me to now them telling me the check is still getting worked.

Journey Shoes In Newgate Mall has a ***

My 16 year old granddaughter interviewed there for a job. David, the older manager, told her to "dance for me". She sat there and he continued saying that if she danced for him then he would know that "she would be outgoing as a customer service employee". I am so angry. I have tried to file a complaint with the corporate office but they have not made contacting them easy. I want corporate to talk to all current and past employees and gather the apps of all prospective employees and find out if this has happened to other teens. (I'm sure it has.)
