Hi There:
I am a big fan of your products. However, I placed an order back on February 5th. Order # is: 6156****.
It was accidently sent to the wrong address in Miami as I no longer live at that address. The package was returned to you. I tried to reach out via phone, no one ever picks up the phone there. And I sent an email explaining the situation. However, again, no response. I am sending this from my mother's email since I am not sure that you are recieving my messages. Please respond to this email and please resend the package to:

Jouer Cosmetics - Poor Customer

I canceled my Order and they refused to give me a refund! I literally canceled it 2 minutes after I ordered it and have a snapshot of the cancelation.

Two (2) days later they processed it! I have yet to even receive the item after being charged!

The customer service of Jouer Cosmetics is beyond disgraceful! I am very unhappy with this and will not be returning for future purchases.

An item was missing from my order. Customer service basically said sorry for the trouble (and admitted it was a problem on their end) but they dont refund or replace and then had the gall to wish me well!!

God help you if you have a missing item from your order.

They simply do not care. Customer service is horrific!!

After submitting my review I received an order update status 'YOUR ORDER IS ON IT'S WAY '. There is something wrong with Customer service/support!

I canceled Order #6155**** on 11-20-2023. I received a email stating that my order is on the way.

I have a cancelation receipt. I DO NOT want to be charged for this order as I previously mentioned, I canceled the order. I don't feel comfortable doing business with a company that doesn't practice good customer services/relations. I am very disappointed and discouraged.

As shown, I have a 'CancelOrder' email and just today I received the 'Shipping' email.

So, Jouer proceeded with the order even after it was canceled. I would appreciate any response to this email in a timely manner.

Horrible customer service for lost package

I never got my package but USPS shows as delivered. Contacted customer service and they told me to wait 5 business days.

I did, was told to file a claim with USPS then told that is not what was meant. In summary has been given zero resolution and was told I cannot get a refund.

Clearly the customer experience does not matter. Do not recommend buying from them.
