I have an 18 year old GF200 where I can get a pilot but no ignition. Your local dealer in Manchester NH only services stoves they have sold. How can i get the stove serviced?

Bought a stove last winter and the paint is wearing off in several places. I don't feel like this should be happening. We are happy with how it burns but no so much with the aesthetics.

Terrible Warranty Support

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
Our stove is within the warranty period. It's had a minor problem since it was installed. It would leak smoke through a particular seam during downdraughts. We called the shop we purchased it from, and they came out today. They took the stove apart, and determined that a bolt was missing. They replaced the bolt, reassembled the stove, and presented me with a bill for $200, saying Jotul covered the rest. Huh? The stove is under warranty. Stay away from Jotul. I came here to post a review, and now I've read dozens of 1-star reviews. NO ONE is happy with this company. Emission standards have changed for wood stoves, so most of their woodstove line has been dropped anyway. Jim
