I dont drink coffee

We keep getting this box of jot and I dont need it because I dont drink coffee.

I dont know how this is being paid for but I dont want to be spending money for coffee that Im not drinking

Never signed up for a subscription was given one anyway

Went to buy Jott signed me up for a subscription without me knowing and now the only way I can cancel it is by emailing I cant speak to anyone so its either email. Hope I get email back or cancel my debt card.

Unanswered call

Nobody answered the call. It just rang and rang and rang.

My orders aren't correct. Both my orders were jacked up.

Both of my orders had an open leaking bottle. And one of my orders was missing a bottle.

Ive called and left messages twice today, January 18.

I do not have access to my email currently so I cant email. A customer service rep needs to call me ASAP.

I can't track my order!!

I tried calling you but you don't answer!! I received an email that states that my order is on the way but when I try to track it it doesn't allow me!! What kind of service is this??!!

I have been wanting to cancel my membership. If you go to your account to try to log in, it will tell you that they texted or emailed a code or something.

Been waiting for couple of minutes, nothing.

Tried email, nothing. This is just very inconvenient.

1) My finger must have lightly touched an item, and it ended up as an order.

2) You should have included pricing at the beginning. Then what Im doing now wouldnt be happening.
