Taking advantage of consumers!

Purchased the promotional deal and unknowingly placed into an unwanted subscription! Impossible to reach by phone and emails, just basically say 'too bad!

I have been a subscriber for a few years. Jot is the best tasting concentrated coffee that I have tried.

The subscription service is super simple. You can change how much and what you get at any time. You can order as frequently as you want. You cannot order for months if you want.

Customer service has always gotten back to me promptly via email. 100% recommend.

I ordered your product 8/10/2025.3 bottles1 original ultra, 1 white chocolate, then 1 original dark at discounted price of 14.32. I paid the ONE TIME price so there should be no issues with repeat orders.

I received 2 boxes.DOUBLE what i ordered. My credit card bill came and i was charged twice. Once on Aug. 10, $53.18 and $14.32.

Then charged again Aug. 11, $53.18 and Aug. 13, $14.32. I admit to receiving double shipment and do NOT need that much which is why I dont sign up for auto ship.

So we need to arrange for you to get the second shipment back and my credit card charge reversed. I will look forward to hearing from you concerning this matter. I do love your product but can only go through so much. Thanks in advance.

PSI am not a PissedConsumer but I had no choice but to sign the agreement since the Jot customer service # gave ONLY this email option. If only someone would actually pick up the phone pissedconsumers could be avoided.

Never signed up for a subscription was given one anyway

2) You should have included pricing at the beginning. Then what Im doing now wouldnt be happening.
