Customer service rep made my daughter cry over a free logo backpack

I ordered my daughter a pendent necklace as a surprise for her senior year. As a junior, she brought home paperwork for jewelry and was so excited. I had to then tell her, I had already picked something for her($700.00). If they ordered through school she was to get a free class year ring and a backpack with her name on it. She was super bummed that I messed that up for her... I couldn't afford to spend that kind of money a second time. I sent all the paperwork with her to provide their customer service rep at the school, for her to be able to still get the items, after I had emailed. The item had shipped to our home due to covid not the school but the paperwork said it was to be shipped to the rep for delivery. Anyway she's honor roll and wanted that backpack more than anything else. He told her she couldn't have it, even with her paperwork and made her cry at school in front of other students. I'm so mad! In the last two years I've spent about $1500 through this company and will have to spend more with upcoming graduation (s). I'm so upset that the company would choose to be so petty. I would have bought the backpack, knowing how bad my daughter wanted it. No option. No email back. No call back. And definitely no backpack for a kid that wanted it so badly. I wouldn't recommend this company to others after and I'm shocked that a person could be so awful to a student over something so small. Wow! Want prices for graduation packets

Hello I have no complaint I am just needing assistance in making a purchase for a Graduation packet. Tried to complete online and it wouldnt allow me to select sizes such as for shirts and shorts. Assistance in completing an order

Yearbook Ad

I cannot place an Ad in my sons yearbook due to the fact of the Jostens site not allowing me to login. This needed to be done by 2/14. I tried for several days prior. Also tried calling them and was unable to speak to a person.

Ring Replacement

My class ring was bought over 35 years ago and it was lost. I wanted to replace it but I notice that on your site my old high schools name has changed, so I could not fill out the form that is on your website. So could you tell me how do I order a class ring with 1984 with the high school Mc Kinley High School in st.louis mo.

How to order a replacement

I’d like the replace the ring I got in 1989

I wrote them And heard back within 2 days. They asked for information on my school which doesnt operate any more and I sent them pictures of the ring Id like to replace. They acknowledged receipt of my pictures and said theyd get back with me within 5 business days. That was 3 days ago. Hopefully waiting.

User's recommendation: Good company. But huge. Finding my old class ring must be like finding a needle in a haystack.

Not receiving cap, gown and hood

Daughter is graduating with her masters on 5/16/2020 and still has not received her order. She is not the only one. They remove negative comments from their Facebook page and you cant get anyone on the phone. Already a bad enough time and they are just making it worse.

Jostens (after the bad review) reprinted the announcements and shipped them to us free of charge. Unfortunately they didn't arrive until less than a week before the event.

I ordered my daughter's college graduation announcements from Jostens. The announcements were printed wrong. The name of the college was printed on an angle. I tried to reach the company using phone, email, and online form. I have never gotten a reply. When I made the initial call, after being on hold for what seemed a long time, a man answered the phone and in a rushed tone immediately told me to send a picture to collservpaperwork@***.com, which I did immediately. The man gave me the impression I wasn't the only complaint he was hearing. After sending the picture I didn't hear back from anyone, so I contacted Jostens through its online form. This is the automated message I received: Please Note: As our response time may increase during our busy season, please help us keep the volume of emails down and our response time up by waiting for our reply to your initial inquiry. Thank you for understanding this move to more efficiency and effectiveness. It helps us accomplish more to serve you better. Thank you for contacting Jostens where we strive to provide our customers with an exceptional experience and help people celebrate moments that matter. Your email is very important to us, and we are working diligently to respond as soon as possible. We will reply to your email within two business days. (Please note: Our regular business days are Monday through Friday, 8 am – 5 pm Central Time, excluding major holidays.) If you have requested a jewelry catalog and/or a ring sizer, please allow three to five business days in addition to our response time for delivery of your requested item(s).
