Unprofessional, expensive and bad service
- - Contacted Josh London for our wedding.
- - Took 4 weeks to meet; he was vague and unprepared.
- - Photos were not edited as asked; BW edits cost extra.
I contacted Josh London, owner and ohotographer at JLo PhotoVideo while I was looking for a good photographer for my wedding.
It took me 4 long weeks to fix a date and time to meet and talk about the wedding and what we wanted him to do.
He was very vague about the work and didn't take notes saying that he knows his work.We insisted that we wanted no effects at all, simply original colors and some pictures in black and white.
After the wedding, we had to wait 6 long weeks for him to get in touch with usand pick up the photos. And suprise, none of the photos were edited in black white.
When we wanted to convert some of them in black and white as we asked for in the beginning, he asked for extra money.
We finally gave up. But we wouldn't recommend his services to anybody as it is not worth all the money we paid.
