Scam, do not order from him.
Ordered a few things 2 months ago and wish I had looked up his reputation before I did, because I haven't received them, and he refuses to reply to any emails, so I'm apparently not getting a refund either. If I could give zero stars I would.

Sent money for order that i never received
I seen a shadowbox butterfly piece that i was in love with. I asked if he would be making another and offered to make it for me to go ahead n send the payment of $120.00( bought from him before so i didnt see a problem with sending $ before i got it.) Months and months go buy as i try to get his attention thru DMs and commenting on his Instagram post.
He continuously ignored me then all of a sudden send me some bogus photos of a wrecked Chrysler 300 and says some1 has been posting for him.... I've tried contacting the beginning of Oct and heard nothing but excuses then just was ignored. After all the fuss guess what he blocks me. I do not understand how a business owner can be totally comfortable screwing over customers such as myself who purchased numerous items throughout the past 3/4 yrs.
Im seriously so sick of these sorry *** online thief's smh. I actually would have continued to buy his products but stealing 1 of his loyal customers money was more important...

DONT ORDER FROM HIM
I ordered back in November, a butterfly that had already been framed and everything, and it is not the middle of February and he still ignores my messages and deletes comments from me and other people asking about their order. I attached photos of him ignoring me.
Even emails were ignored. I wish I had proof of the comments being deleted but he got to them too quickly.

Took about 6 months to receive my item. Never response to email or messages.
Give you the run around. When item was finally shipped never said "sorry for the late shipping " or anything like that.

Bad Customer Service
Watch out when buying from joshhydler.com (joshhydler on Instagram.) I placed my order Sept. 24, 2016 for a simple necklace and the proceeds were supposed to be donated to a charity.
I waited til Nov. 24, 2016 to contact him asking for a tracking number at the least with no response. Over the next few weeks I contacted him several times, through various emails, instagram private message, and commenting on his most recent Instagram post, and he continually deleted ALL of my comments and the comments of other customers that were not being responded to. (They were calm, not even harassment.
He just wants to hide his negative reviews, which brings me here.) ALL THE WHILE he was posting new images on instagram of new items for sale on his website. He's obviously not experiencing a traumatic life event, busy or anything... He's just ignoring us. I went through his photos and found at least 10 people complaining about waiting several months for their order and having zero communication returned, as well.
His "fans" or friends jumped all over the upset customers, calling them rude names, accusing them of lying, making fun of them and Josh continued to ignore them until he just posted on Dec. 11, 2016 : "ALL ITEMS SHIP THIS WEEKEND.
please stop the harassment and comments." So he's very aware of what's going on and choosing to avoiding direct communication. A simple reply to one of the 5 ways I or every other customer tried to contact him would have ended the "harassment." I bought through PayPal so I opened a case a month ago, which he never responded to, and I got my refund a full 3 months later.
