Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I found your website unmanageable and withdrew from it

Item ordered on website did not show as accepted. Tried again same result.

Checked debit card which showed two deductions £80 and £85. Immediately cancelled both. They say unable to change picked and packed.

(Impossible speed). Onus on me to return goods and £165 in cyberspace until refunded.

User's recommendation: Dont use the website for purchases. Dont expect freindly customer care.
