- - Item ordered online did not show as accepted.
- - Two charges (£80 and £85) were cancelled; picked and packed can't be changed; I must return goods for £165 refund.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I found your website unmanageable and withdrew from it
Item ordered on website did not show as accepted. Tried again same result.
Checked debit card which showed two deductions £80 and £85. Immediately cancelled both. They say unable to change picked and packed.
(Impossible speed). Onus on me to return goods and £165 in cyberspace until refunded.
