I'm on SSi and he stole my moneynone

Jo,s Denture lab is a thief 7 months he's been sending me crap I have to pay return 8 times took to real dentist said these are not for your mouth BBB IS SENDING me papers to bust him I'm handicapped
7months of lies I had to pay for returns I'm handicapped and he stole my money he has po box so you don't know we're he is I tracked my last package and sent cousin my stuff got picked up taken to hole in the wall and his garage so 4rth set wax dentist I go to another they say the looks like a five year old playing with playdo the guy has messed with handicap I I won't stop I'm going to Iowa my father is judge in vagas step father but he said this place better give back my money or he is gonna help

Not What He Appears....
Jos Denture Lab has taken my $850 with no services rendered. After 2 months of trying to get a bite block that I paid for, he suddenly develops amnesia and can't remember anything that we've communicated!
Finally at my wits end, I ask for my money back
He's given me several dates to expect my refund, to no avail.
I believe he's waiting on the paypal deadline to be up so he doesn't have to deal with it anymore.
Considering taking him to small claims court. Even better would be a class action lawsuit.

Never received my dentures
After 1 1/2 years of back and forth (I live in Canada) I'm out over $1,000. I sent my dentures back for still another re-make (they were so small I couldn't fit them over my existing teeth), I asked for a refund.
He promised me a partial refund and never sent it. Just lied to. I was more than patient with him throughout this process. Probably too patient.
He would never contact me, I would always have to contact him and ask him when they would be sent out. He would always say "They're sitting right in front of me on my desk and I'll send them out in a couple of weeks". Well, $1,000 is a lot to be out and I'm very upset. Too much time had passed to open a claim with Paypal.
My fault, let it go on too long. do not purchase from him!

DONT BE FOOLED!!!
He has taken my money and has not been able to make an acceptable wax tryin. Said he was going to refund me on 6/25/21 and still hasnt.
I can prove it!!!
He comes across as a really nice guy dont be fooled.
He turns nasty real fast if you decide its better to get a refund than to keep trying. He is nothing but a con!!!!!

I'm in the same boat as well. I've asked for a refund more than 3 weeks ago and now he has blocked me on Facebook messenger and kicked me out the Facebook group.I just filed my dispute with PayPal.
I hope they stop taking payments on his behalf. He's such a crook.

I just received my dentures I want to cry. They look horrible I thought maybe it was just me I wore them and my friend thought I had got some fake teeth from a joke store trying to be funny
Please file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and Iowa!

RIPPED OFF AND LIED TO BY THIS MAN TOOK MY MONEY WAITED 6 MOS HE DIDN'T MAKE MY DENTURES. BEWARE OF THIS MAN.

She was refunded minus lab fee using PayPal. PayPal allows people to file disputes you get you money back the same way you pay. This lady got her money back.

Someone contact me he's ripping me off 785 323 **** let's all shut him down I need my money back he *** the wrong guy I'm 7hrs he uses PO box but when I sent stuff back my cousin lives there I track package sent my cousin I no were his tine hole shop and in his garage he was followed so PO box is away to hide the BBB is sending papers they gonna try get my money back I took pictures of 7months of lies

I'm so sorry for what you're going through. The BBB probably won't be able to do anything for you, though.
You need to contact your District Attorney and/or the Kansas Attorney General's Office. They should be able to take legal action on your behalf or communicate with their counterparts in Iowa.
