I ordered 2 sample packs of almonds and paid through Paypal. Money was transferred and accepted really quickly from Jordan Almonds.com, but they never sent me my items.

It was not a lot of money, but I was ripped off. Each time I emailed them to complain, I would immediately get an email response saying that they would look into it but if I wanted to place an order, I could complete the order form they attached at bottom of email. No matter how many times I emailed them, I would get the same emailed response.

I tried to call the phone number many times and it never connected.

What a ripoff. Do not order from them!!!

Ordered 5lbs of Jordan Almonds from Jordan Almonds.com. I was charged & assured (when I contacted them several times) they would arrive before my event date.

I never received my order. I was told in the 2nd email I would be issued a refund. Well guess what? Now i cannot get anyone to answer a phone or email.

NEVER USE THIS DISHONEST & VERY UNBUSINESS LIKE COMPANY.

I ordered 200 Rock Candy Sticks from www.Jordanalmonds.com way back in March 2014. I did receive the candy and was rightfully charged on my credit card.

Fast forward to November 2014 and as I opened my credit card statement to my surprise I see a charge of $145.77 to on 10/21/14 from www.Jordanalmonds.com to which I did NOT purchase anything from them (I always check my credit card statements carefully). I tried to call them - I'm automatically forward to a man's personal voicemail (not a business one) and I leave messages for a week for the company to call me. No one ever calls. I also send email after email and no response.

I contact my credit card company and they put a block on this merchant. I am filing a fraud report. As I dig deeper and deeper, I see there are so many complaints on the company. Mainly, people that were charged on their credit card statement and never received their merchandise.

I smell a rat and his name is Fraud. I trusted them and they totally ripped me (and many others) off.

Never again!

We don't usually use social media to complain but, we are that annoyed. On October 27th we ordered butter mints from Jordan Almonds on-line.

They charged our credit card on October 28th. On November 15th, we emailed and asked about the order and they said it was in shipping. Since then, we have called several times, left messages and emailed repeatedly. They have not responded, at all.

Yesterday, we went to the credit card company to dispute the charges. We were lucky and they approved reversing the charge. We are still pretty upset that we were treated that way.

Apparently, Jordan Almonds doesn't want to deal with individuals, just big retailers. DON'T ORDER FROM JORDAN ALMONDS.

I Ordered $80 worth of candy for a wedding but never received it. I have not yet received a response to my request as to the whereabouts of my candy.

Others have filed claiming that there were additional charges to their credit card number and have not received responses nor refunds. Others have also recommended putting a fraud alert on the credit card you purchased with. They are not BBB accredited.

Phone numbers that are on the better business bureau site and from their website point to New Jersey. So if you ordered from them you might want to stop payment and get a new credit card.

Credit card was charged immediately. Never received the almonds for my daughters wedding.

Received an email that credit card was charged. I tried to phone and # was changed. I attempted to call the new # and the mailbox was full. I emailed several times with no response.

Out 168.00. Do not order from this Company. It is a scam. How could a company take advantage of a wedding event?

Please get the word out.

Apparently there are other online candy stores connected to this business. My advice would be to get your candy at a physical store.

Ordered 20 lbs of almonds in JUNE for my September wedding. They were to be shipped 30 days before.

It is now 10 days before my wedding and no almonds. I can't get ahold of anyone at the company.

It's a scam. Don't order from there!!

I ordered a present from jordanalmonds.com, it promises fast delivery. I ordered 8/11 and was charged immediately, I've tried to call many times to the 'support line', no answers - its like a personal cell phone voicemail.

I've tried to e-mail 4 times, no response. they even have a "live support chat", that it always says that there's not an operator currently available. What a rip-off, getting taken by the candy man!

Since this I've seen many complaints online for this company...guess it pays to do further research - I'm going to recommend Google block them in the search engine!

Disgusting customer service. Ordered 12 lbs white almonds and 4 lbs silver coated almonds.

Received white after three weeks and several e-mails, silver have still not arrived (1 month later), and company does not respond to my e-mail/voicemail requests for an update or a refund. Paid for items that were never shipped to me. They are a totally irresponsible company. Please do not buy from this company, they will surely ruin your wedding plans.

Website claims they've never missed a wedding and 100% satisfaction guarantee-this is totally false. BBB has 100's of complaints!

I found out too late!

I placed an order on 1/24/08 for two products for a bridal shower I am hosting for my best friend on 2/10/08. I specified when placing the order that I needed all products by 2/7/08. I received two email confirmations, one from HomeTown Candy (aka jordanalmonds.com) and one from Wedding Planners Supply LLC with two completely different order numbers. My credit card was charged for the order on 1/24/08.

On 2/7/08, when I never received a shipping notice, I got worried and emailed the company. Karen responded via email that part of my order was shipped and the other part of my order is out of stock. She asked if I would like to cancel that portion of the order or choose another product and she would ship it out overnight. Since they had already charged my credit card, I submitted my response via email a couple of hours later (in the early afternoon) advising my replacement product selection and to please overnight it.

I never received a response and I did not receive the replacement product on 2/8/08. Phone calls to the company go straight to voicemail. I did receive the portion of the original order that was shipped to me ontime. Now I am out the original amount charged to my credit card for a product I never received and I had to go out and purchase a replacement product for the bridal shower.

If a company is going to accept your order online, the least they can do is notify you online if a product is out of stock when it is marked as available and not backordered on the website. Had I not emailed the company, I would never have known the product was out of stock.
