Just made a perchase
No TELEPHONE NUMBER to talk to a person. I dialed the number provided, and it disconnected four times.
Very Poor Customer Service. Or rather NONE.
Preferred solution: For as much advertising as your company does, not having telephone service is at best, shoddy. Very POOR Image.

Have all pieces except the cardboard packing, was told I cant return item without cardboard. The company does not have anyone to speak with.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with partial refund.
I made a mistake on my order and there is no phone support. Very poor service.
I need it corrected before the order goes out and emailed. No response.still waiting.
Everyone must have a customer support number, right? Come on.

It's an arduous endeavor to return any items that were sent to me; however, my order was received and sent without a problem, which I'm completely nonplussed about. So, you have no problem in sending the order, but make it an absolutely almost impossible to return any items.
Why is this? Your immediate response would be greatly appreciated.

Im calling you are business telephone number with a vital question. Unfortunately, you make people fill out the reason along with their personal information before you can make the call.
And heres the topper, it rings nothing happens after answering more questions. Are you kidding me?

Lousy customer telephone number. And I have a final question regarding shipment before leaving overseas.
I had to dig deep to get a telephone number, once found a telephone, but only after going through a gauntlet of questions only to be hung up on.

Cannot reach them by phone or email
I have written them multiple emails via their customer contact vehicles and when you hit send, the email does not go through. It just sits there.
Calling them by phone is not at all possible.
I own an expensive Joovv product and it is not working. I am furious that I cant reach them and that I cannot use my product.

No response whatsoever. Just a recording saying that they only communicate via email or text. I cant find a text option on their site.
