Haven’t received my order

Placed order on the 15of April,25 was charged for it and never received my order.

Left a private message through fcbk as well as contacted fcbk. M still waiting for answers from this company as to what happened to my order.

Need someone to respond back with an answer . No customer should have to deal with this problem.
