I am NOT paying a fee to Pissed Consumer either. I have been charged for another Jones Road Order (at my bank) but haven't even received anything.
I would love to cancel this nonsense but I have already tried all their options.
Did an online search found 2 phone numbers neither of which worked. Guess I'm just stuck because my bank is no help either..

What a mistake to buy this stuff
The stuff is so thick with oil I could barely wash it off. My eyes quickly grew itchy and red from exposure -- I'm probably allergic to it, although I've never reacted to makeup before.
I requested a refund and still haven't gotten a response.
And it's expensive! How do you deal with these people?

Yesterday I bought a $100 egift card. I expected to receive it quickly since it is just an email.
I have heard nothing and I wanted to forward this gift card to my daughter for Mothers Day.

Customer service reached out to me. Resending g order. Very apologetic
Order #412**** was placed on 2/9 for 97.52. I received an email stating the order was delivered, but it was not delivered.
I have made 5 inquiries into customer service with no responses. My next step will be to reach out to the corporate offices.

I do not have my order numbers and have written to Jones Road 3 times with no answer.
Please forward 2 order numbers with purchases so I can return my too dark eyeshadow before my time runs out.

Preferred solution: I have written to and also been in a chat to exchange my eyeshadow for some lip gloss. All I want is my order number that I cannot find to be able to do this.

Jones Road was late in delivering my order. Their delivery company, Fastway, in Ireland sent an email that the item was delivered into the letterbox.
However, there was nothing in the post box. I have emailed Jones Road and received no response. Unable to contact Fastway as their telephone number does not work.
The order value was 140. I love the products but I am very disappointed.
