What is it really??

I have purchased "Canadian Bacon" packaged by Jones Dairy Farm. It has a curious perfectly round shaped pieces.

It also has an inedible casing around the perimeter, which resembles cased sausage. I just viewed a video warning of "meat glue", outlawed by the EU, but identified as "the best kept secret in the United States". Something is unnatural about this product. The taste and consistency are correct, the appearance and texture seem to indicate this is a semi-manufactured product.

Jones also has "Ham Slices" which appear identical. It is my considered opinion this product represents the "meat glue" processed food described in the "meat glue" cautionary video which can be viewed on You Tube!

There are bones in their sausage. I bit into a sausage breakfast paddy and broke my tooth, called them immediately, told them where I bought it, gave them the UPC #, date of purchase, expiration date etc...

and they denied to acknowledge my claim. Their insurance representative told me I needed the bone for proof. I was grossed out by the fact that I bit into it in the first place, but then they wanted me to save it for proof.

NEVER buy these from COSTCO unless you're prepared to eat bones and break your teeth! I'm telling all my friends and family that this Manufacturer's products are not safe to consume unless you're prepared to spend over $700 after eating it.
