- - June 2025: ordered 2 pillows; order #SHOPUS2079****.
- - Only 1 pillow arrived; second missing; charged 9/2/25.
In June 2025 i order 2 pillows. Order #SHOPUS2079****.
They were to arrive in 2 wks. I left MT 10/03. No pillows. I called and had sales tax removed because i was going to CA but i had received nothing and felt i should not pay sales tax on order made for MT that was 4 mos.
End of oct Lips hush .Lips Smoulder was to arrive end of Nov. Nothing. These pillows were charged to my acct 9/02/25.
I only have 1 pillow.
When is the 2nd arriving?
The customer service for a high end vendor is horrible. I did twice speak to someone to straighten out sn address that wasnt mine.
Please resolve this issue now.

- - Replacement for 2 defective candles; the company claimed not to have received photos.
- - Customer has ordered 8 candles and never complained.
I asked the company to replace the 2 defective candles with new ones. They asked me to send pictures of the candles.
I sent them three times, and they claimed they didn't receive them. I'm not sure what game they are playing.
I've ordered a total of 8 candles from them and have never complained. So it's obvious I like the candles.

Ive asked the company to replace the 2 defective candles with new candles. They asked for pictures of the candles which I have sent to them twice.
They are pretending that they havent received. So Im still waiting for them to resolve. If they refuse to comply Im going to contact my credit card company to reverse the charges.
Too bad. These are my favorite candles
