I apply the staurday shippong when i order and i click the box for Saturday shipping. The package arrive on monday even it is estimate on saturday for special event. I missed the event and i do not want to have the item. So i return this item. Jomashop said you are not pock the saturday shipping but i picked the next day air.... hm i checked my invoice and clearly i can see the saturday delivery. Jomashop want me to pay the return shipping and insurance for the item even though jomashop did not make the promised delivery. Jomashop make you like a crazy customer when you are complain about your situation. Worst customer service ever.

LOL you clearly do not know anything about watches and how they are made LOL

Tissot is considered high end and NOT mass produced and that means THERE IS NO SUCH THING as a factory rejects !!!! even their lower end, they simply will not let anything like that leave their hands !!!

You might have an a claim about the denial but do not make a fool of yourself by shouting out thing you do not understand LOLOL

FYI - you write in anger and it is clear, i love reading reviews and writing them and you clearly write as one who does not deserve what they are asking for ...

just saying as your reviews looks just like any angry person who does not like to see things as they are !!

The ppl that works in this stores let others with they know with other ppl Credict card information to purchase items. Meaning this ppl know some one that works there to aloud this to happen in a sufisticated store is a shame I won't be shopping in this store ever again

The worst customer service. I received my brand new watch with a scratch on it. Submitted for a return request. Five days later, still no resolution. Call talked to customer service (had to choose sales option to get through), the lady sounded rude. Challenged me on when i submitted the request. Told me I had to pay for shipping. Do yourself a favor and pay a few more $ to get better service somewhere else.

Roy did the same thing to me today when I called and asked to speak to a manager (Roy) was who they transferred me to. My order had came in damaged and I asked for a replacement, he told me he wouldn't guarantee that I would have it in time for Christmas then hung up on me. He shouldn't even have a job as a customer service agent let alone a manager.
